Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order!

1. Inspection Upon Delivery: All items must be checked in the presence of the delivery driver before accepting.

2. No Returns or Exchanges After Delivery: Once the delivery driver has left, items cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Non-Delivery Fees: If an order is not received, only the delivery fees will be charged.

4. Exchanging Items:

   • Delivery fees apply again for exchanged items.

   • Exchanges are delivered within 48 hours.

5. Order Delivery Time: Orders arrive within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

6. Store Responsibility: If there is a mistake on our part (wrong size or damaged item), we will cover the delivery fees.
